Kattila Absinthe is balanced combination of sweet anise and bitterness of wormwood. The flavor is complemented by Finnish coriander seeds and fennel.

This batch contains Finnish fennel and coriander. This time fennel is also used in coloring, along with other coloring herbs from Deliverde in Turku, and from the backyard of the master distiller in Kattilalaakso, Espoo

Kattila Akvavit has a taste of fennel, dill and slight caraway. It has not been cold filtered, which means that all the original aromas are kept and it has an amber color

This batch has been spiced with caravay from Yli-Salmi farm in Mäntsälä, Finnish coriander seeds and lemon balm from Nurmitarhat garden in Nurmijärvi.The Master Distiller has hand picked spruce sprouts from Kattilalaakso, Espoo and Mikkeli. Oak from Laaksolahti, Espoo smoothens the taste.

Kattila Gin has a foresty aroma and smooth taste. It has not been cold filtered, which causes the essential oils to emulsify with the water, making it cloudy and rich in flavor. Kattila Gin does NOT contain iris plant, which might cause allergy
Best enjoyed in cocktails, or as is if cooled. Shake before use so the essential oils are evenly mixed.
Main part of the juniperberries is from Nordic Herbs, Posio. Smaller part is picked in Mikkeli and Sipoo. Ginger is from Poutanen Garden in Parikkala. Angelica root and meadowsweet are from Nordic Herbs Säkylä. Like the other botanicals in this batch, coriander seeds are also Finnish

Kattila Gooseberry is tart and sweet gooseberry liqueur and it has hint of currant aroma.
This batch uses Finnish red gooseberries from Pakkasmarja

Kattila Rhubarb liqueur has a summery, fresh taste from Finnish rhubarbs
