Rhubarb Mist

Bartender of Mathildan Marina Marjut Heikura has developed this rhubarb cocktail

Ingredients

3 cl rhubarb Liqueur

1 cl white vermouth

Bitter Lemon
Splash of lingonberry-vanilla syrup (or grenadine)

ice
slice of drier orange for garnish

Steps

  1. Add rhuubarb liqueur and vermouth in a glass
  2. Top with ice, add bitter lemon and stir
  3. Add a spash of syryp and garnish the drink

Lingonberry-vanilla syrup

1 dl frozen ligonberries
1 dl water
0.75 dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar

  1. Boil ligonberries and water for 5 min and sieve
  2. Add sugar and boil for 5 min and sieve again
  3. Add vanilla sugar
